Assembly Details

Theme: "Justice for All of Creation"
Sub-theme: "Repairers of the Breach" Isaiah 58
Location: Stoney Creek Hotel, Onalaska, WI
Setup Location: Display tables will be positioned around the perimeter of the main assembly ballroom.

We encourage all exhibitors to lean into this year’s theme, finding creative ways to connect your unique mission with our focus on justice and repairing the breach.

Table Logistics & Registration

We have both 4-foot and 8-foot tables available. Please note your preference during the registration process.

Exhibitor Type

- Cost: Table is FREE
- Inclusion: 4 ft table (or larger if available)
- Lunches: May be purchased for $35 per person

- Inclusion: 8 ft table and Lunch for 1 person
- Lunch for additional display table guests costs $35

Setup & Teardown

Friday, June 5th: Evening setup (Times TBD—we will contact you once finalized).
Saturday, June 6th: Morning setup from 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM.
Teardown: Must be completed by 6:30 PM on Saturday, June 6th.

Need funding for your display? Applying for a Thrivent Action Team Grant is a fantastic way to secure extra funds to help stock your table with resources or giveaways.

Accommodations

A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Stoney Creek Hotel for assembly attendees. Please book early to ensure availability.
