There shall be a LYLE Advisory Team whose purpose shall be to assist congregations in strengthening the faith of youth through education, fellowship, service and witness, empowering youth to be Lutheran Youth Leading Evangelism, and nurturing an environment where concerns relevant to each new generation of youth are intentionally addressed.
