Model Constitution for Congregations

In coordination with the following amendments, the 2022 Churchwide Assembly authorized the secretary of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America to make editorial changes so that the Model Constitution for Congregations follows the Constitution, Bylaws, and Continuing Resolutions of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and the Constitution for Synods.
