  Lord, we pray for the friends and family of Deacon Ed Kruse, PhD. We ask for your comforting Spirit to rest upon all who feel the weight of his absence. • For the Strength of Community

  Lord, we look to our neighbors in Westby and Blair, whose homes and landscapes have been altered by wind and ice. In the wake of the tornado and the battering hail, remind them that they do not labor alone. Be present in the sound of the hammer and the helping hand of the neighbor. Even as the earth blooms, we remember those for whom this season brings physical discomfort and the burden of allergies; grant them relief and the simple gift of health.
