Synod Spotlight: Community Vacation Bible School
The beauty of this ministry lies in how each hosting congregation contributes its unique gifts, skills, and resources each year. When combined, these offerings create a life-giving outreach ministry that benefits the children, the community, and the involved volunteers.
Proclaim: Immigrants Welcome Here
Our faith is filled with examples of welcoming the stranger and the immigrant. As immigrant communities are increasingly under attack, we are inviting you to proudly proclaim welcome through a visible campaign. Created with help from our friends at the East Central Synod of the ELCA, your congregation is invited to download resources and proclaim your welcome both online and physically throughout your space.
Digital files include social media assets and files that can be downloaded and printed on banners, yard signs, window clings, and more.
Introducing the Synod Care Companion Network
The La Crosse Area Synod is excited to announce the launch of a Synod Care Companion Network to be made up of trained lay pastoral care providers.

Like all ELCA LuMin campus ministry sites across our synods, this ministry happens because congregations share food — yes, cookies — and also through Mission Support that is shared with our synods and churchwide organization to support these vital, transformative, grace-filled ministries with students.
