We give thanks for people who play a significant role in our lives, including those who inspire our faith, teach life skills, influence values, treat us with love and respect, and show up when we need someone to lean on.
Each of us has a unique faith story to tell. We ask the Spirit to help us find our own way of describing our faith journey and how God works through us and how Jesus Christ defines our lives.
We ask the Spirit for the faith needed to be both confident and humble. To help us live into a promise to focus on neighbors in need and to resist personal desires for reward, status or advantage.
