For retired Pastor David Guetzke and his health.
For Alice DaFoe on synod staff and her health.
For Adelynn Hyatt & her Army National Guard unit. They are serving on an overseas deployment.
For the Southeastern Synod as they prepare for their Synod Assembly and Bishop Election
For justice and peace among nations where war and violence rage, especially Ukraine and Russia, Palestine and Israel, Haiti, Sudan, Myanmar, and Yemen.
For rescue and recovery work in Myanmar and Thailand, for those injured and grieving, and for lasting ceasefire.
For immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers.
For all who are unjustly detained or denied due process.
God we thank you for the strength we draw from Scripture, from our siblings in Christ, from living in community and from the tireless work of the ever present Spirit.
For a faith that is certain and resilient, even when we don’t fully understand or appreciate what God has done for humanity through Jesus Christ.
